What has worked for me?
I outline every chapter into my own words and notes.
I practice lots of test questions, I also use concept mapping for test questions I got wrong.
Concept mapping is a short way to compare and contrast test answer choices to determine why the correct answer is the right choice and why the others are not the right choice.
Finally, I have a realistic study schedule and stick to it.
